3. International Shipping
We proudly ship globally. International shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on the weight of your package and the destination country.
Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Body Protocols is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bodyprotocols.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund.
